The Art of Reconstruction ACT 1: In March of 2005, a group from Calvary Community Church of Westlake, California went to Sri Lanka to help rebuild after the Tsunami. During their two-week stint in country, the members of the church made good headway by hiring a large force of local skilled laborers and craftsmen, however they had to leave the final results in the hands of a local NGO (Non-Government Organization).
